      TAXHLP.EXE is a self extracting archive of EZ EXPENSES.

      EZ EXPENSES: for home, travel, and business expenses.
      Use its reports for budget purposes and/or tax returns.
      You can set up to 28 expense catagories.  Its EZ-to use.

      EZ EXPENSES is FREE!    You can use it for FREE.

      * ->  To unpack if needed, type and enter: taxhlp

      * ->  To install from drive A, type and enter: a:installa
      * ->  To install from drive B, type and enter: b:installb
      * ->  To install from a directory, move to that directory 
      ( cd \.....), and type and enter: installx

      A directory named C:\EZX  will be made, and files copied to it.
      Also, a small file named EZX.BAT, will be copied to the C:\ DIR.

      * ->  To use it, type and enter: ezx
      * ->  To use it with WINDOWS, click on EZX.  Aslo see the file 
      \EZX\WINDOWS for info on speeding up printing with WINDOWS 95.

      ANY USER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL RESULTS
      For use on an XT/286/386/486/P... computer with a hard disk.

      The C:\CONFIG.SYS file should have lines similar to these:
      files=20  and  buffers=22.  The numbers can be larger.

          EZ Software's: EZ EXPENSES features EZ-to :

          - add, scan, and fix expense data.
          - add or modify 28 expense category names and numbers.
          - scan all data, or data by category for review and edit.
          - print LISTINGS of expenses for one or more categories
            for one or more months.
          - print TOTALS of expense for one or more categories for
            one or more months.
          - print checks and add the amounts as expense items.
            (Print a few test checks and take them to an office supply
            or printer and match them up with there standard checks.)

          The following screen details are presented to show many but
          not all of the options available to the user.  They are
          modified versions of the real-time screens.  

          Each screen is a menu that will lead you to sub screens or
          the option selected.

                     Screen For Setting Category Names And #'s

         Once Category NUMBERS are set and data is entered, don't change
         them here, or Category totaling which is done by Category # will
         get messed up.  Name changes are OK.  New names and C#'s are ok.

         Check your bills or your last tax return for possible Catagories.
         Leave a blank or two between groups of like items (lights, water,
         disposal).  Also use easy-to-press #'s like 11,12,12,22,23,24,etc.
         Print and save this screen (Shift-Print Screen) for a reference.
